Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the arrival of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. (You can try the costume, but please ensure it remains clean and undamaged.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following conditions are not accepted for returns:

  1. Partial returns of costumes will not be refunded.
  2. Worn, used, or altered items cannot be returned.
  3. Undergarments, socks, and stockings cannot be returned.
  4. Items designed for one-time wear or indoor use (such as shoe covers, boots tops, etc.) cannot be returned.
  5. Unauthorized refused packages will incur a charge for the full cost of the order as the return shipping fee. This applies in cases where you forget to sign for the package and it is returned to us. If you would like the item resent, you will need to pay for the new shipping fee.

Certain situations may qualify for a partial refund (if applicable):

  1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Important: Please contact us at kabi@yumicos.com for the correct return address before sending items back. Unauthorized returns resulting in the parcel not being found will not be refunded.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before the refund appears.
